Rooted Souls Retreat Center provides outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. We specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. When you walk into our offices, you will step into a warm, inviting space that is focused on the whole person. Rooted Souls can help you find deeper understanding and personal wholeness by bringing spirituality into the healing process.
An initial consultation will help us to get to know you and determine which services would best fit your needs and personal goals. The cost for this first appointment, the initial consult is $130.00.

Eating Disorders
We treat disordered eating and diagnosed eating disorders. Whether you are struggling with eating issues for the first time or transitioning home from a treatment center, Rooted Souls offers eating disorder recovery support.
Our eating disorder program includes:
-Body Image Intensives
-Individualized recovery plans
-Collaboration with a psychiatrist for referral and management
-Collaboration with a dietitian for referral and management
We offer Eating Disorder Assessments that can be compiled and sent to Inpatient Treatment Centers, Probation Officers, Primary Care Physicians, etc.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy or counseling. The coach process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now. Discovering what our obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to you, the client. We believe that you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life, even these answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden inside.
Our skills are about knowing the right questions to ask and having th right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.
You, the client, are the only one in your entire life who truly knows who you are and what you need. You are the only one who can recognize what is absolutely best for you. We are simply experts in the coaching process. As your coach, we help you discover what your own personal "best" might be.
